Why Standing 4 Christ International?

The idea of founding Standing 4 Christ International arose from our observation of an underutilization of human resources within our evangelical community, despite our need in areas where they would be of great use. It took us over a decade to decide to do something. Indeed, we were so led to disappointment that the Lord opened our minds to " what to do " and " how to do " in order to impose ourselves as an instrument of change for the good of our evangelical community. . It was therefore up to us to create this space where rare Haitian evangelical values, scattered here and there, could come together in a common objective; that of using their knowledge to strengthen our evangelical sector. In this sense, S4CMINISTRY is a platform where believers can equip themselves to share and defend their faith.

Standing 4 Christ International, a necessity for the Francophone community!
Indeed, Standing 4 Christ International comes to take up a challenge for the Haitian evangelical community. Our observations lead us to believe that not many of us can defend our faith in the face of major obstacles in science and other major world religions. The majority of evangelical Christians rather feel equipped to respond to the misinterpretations of Bible verses from other denominations of Christianity.

Our problem lies in the fact that, at the same time, there is a dizzying growth of other religions claiming to be true to the detriment of Christianity. As a result, our sacred book, the Bible, is called into question; which creates a lot of questions about certain facts such as creation, the birth of Jesus from a virgin, the death and resurrection of Jesus, miracles, etc. Beyond this sad observation, which is worse, there is an increasing rate of young Christians to depart from the Christian faith to become agnostics, skeptics or atheists. On the other hand, we are not unaware that we live in the era when knowledge reaches its peak. So there is an effervescence of pseudoscience against Christianity. All this leads to the blatant need to equip our young Christians who attend the university space characterized by relativism, inclusivism, naturalism, ... In short, secularism has become the dominant current in the university space. Hence, even our young Christians, grown up in an evangelical environment, never cease to question or, in the worst case, to abandon their Christian faith. The statistics in this area are disgusting ...
